"The shoes are very cute but the company sent me the wrong size by their error. I asked to exchange for correct size and they refused to. Due to a very traumatic personal situation I was not able to return the shoes in timeframe allowed by company policy. I understand their policies and procedures but when I explained my situation in an email, I never got a response mind you this was due to their error for my initial order of sending me used shoes and then they send me shoes that are too small and it was just one thing after the other and never got resolved and They refused to respond now. I will never make another purchase from this company. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I wish I would've read prior reviews before buying anything because apparently customer service is a big problem for them. I really like these shoes too, but I could not wear them because they were way too small. Thanks to someone at their company for spitefully sending me the wrong size."
