"I really love the design of these shoes!! they look amazing and I find myself wearing them almost every day! āØ However, when I first received them, there were already some small white scratches on the surface. . . which i find it very sad for the price that I paid. . . the overall quality just isn’t the best, especially the sole — if you’re not careful while walking, parts of it can get scratched off quite easily TT Another issue I found is the ankle area. It’s unbelievably large, and every time I walk it feels like my foot is slipping out. This makes them not the most comfortable for longer walks, since it almost feels like I’m gliding rather than stepping firmly. For sizing: I’m usually between a 37–38 EU (my feet are 23. 5 cm). I tried a 37 before and it was unfortunately too tight when walking (though it fit perfectly when just standing). I had to size up to 38, which fits a lot looser — so keep that in mind if you’re in between sizesā¼ļø"
super cute, runs big & not built to last
"These were surprisingly big! I have wide feet and ordered my usual size (uk 7) and they were still roomy on me- so perfect for big socks! that being said, I had the same issue I’ve had with my other Koi shoes where the sole separates from the bottom of the shoe. I really love Koi’s styles but I just wish they were built to last for the price!"
Cool and Comfy but Beware
"I got these a couple years ago. While they look awesome and are comfy, they are really big for some reason (i have to put insoles and wear THICK socks with 'em). Also if youre going to buy these, make sure you have some strong glue on hand as the sole will start seporating from the shoe at some point. Shame really as I do like these."
