"These boots and I are currently in a very complicated relationship. They look stunning, feel very stable, and have great support. Honestly, I have no complaints about the quality. Unfortunately, my feet and these boots have slightly different opinions about personal space. They're a bit too snug over the instep and could use just a little more room on the sides of my feet, just below the ankles. If they were even a tiny bit wider there, I’d happily call them incredibly comfortable. Style-wise, I’m also not entirely convinced they’re my style. . . but then I remembered Cinderella and the questionable commitment levels of some fairytale footwear situations, and suddenly I understood the assignment. So now I’m mildly debating whether to endure the fit like a poorly cast princess - or simply accept that this glass slipper moment wasn't meant to be mine. I’m currently torn between keeping them or returning them, though sending them back would also mean accepting a fairly expensive lesson in retail optimism. Worst case, they’ll live in my display cabinet where I can admire them every day like the gorgeous works of art they are. 10/10 for looks. My feet are still negotiating the terms of the relationship."
