This trainer takes a sporty style and pushes it into something edgier, glossier and more collectible. A deep blue colour coming through the black rub off upper gives the shoe a worn in effect which gets better with wear, shifting subtly in the light and revealing flashes of colour beneath the surface. 

It feels nostalgic in the same way old Polly compacts do — slightly futuristic, slightly playful, impossible to place in one era.

Bright aqua blue cuts through the darkness across the outsole, lining and ribbon lace, creating fun contrasts that pulls the whole silhouette into together. The ribbon lace softens the trainer’s shape while adding something deliberately exaggerated, balancing sporty structure with a more imaginative finish.

A fold-over tongue sits across the front with a gold embossed Polly Pocket logo pressed into the surface, designed to feel like a piece of vintage toy hardware. The gold heart lace charm mirrors the detail below, catching light against the darker upper and tying the whole story together.

At the heel, an embossed “Pocket-Sized Since 1989” sign-off finishes the pair with one final hidden detail. Small enough to miss at first glance, but exactly the kind of thing that makes the shoe feel part of the Polly world.
