We accept returns within 28 days after the items are received.
Once your parcel has been received to our distrubution centre it will need to be processed by our team please allow up to 7 days.
Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund. Refunds generally take up to 21 days—14 days for the return and processing, plus up to 7 days for bank processing.
If you paid with a credit card or debit card the refund will be sent to that card.
If you used paypal or another online payment service, the refund will be credited back to your paypal online account

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns for some international locations.
While we still accept these returns, the customer will need to arrange and cover the cost of the return. The return prices will vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the country from which your order was placed.
The countries we are not able to cover international returns are: New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, UAE, Chile, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, and Mexico.

Orders placed from Novemeber 1st up to 24th December can be returned up untill 10th January.
Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it right away, which means we're unable to make changes to it. If needed, you can place a new order or return any unwanted items once they arrive.
If the carrier couldn’t deliver your parcel (perhaps because no one was available or due to access issues), it will typically be returned to us. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund.
