You have 28 days from the date your order is delivered to return any items.
all items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with all tags attached.

- You can return your entire order or just part of it—whatever works best for you.
to protect your shoes and their packaging, please do not use the original shoe box as the outer packaging for shipping.
Damaged shoe boxes may result in your return being declined or a restocking fee being charged. - IF a replacement shoe box is required, a fee of £5.00 will apply.
- Once your parcel has been received to our distrubution centre it will need to be processed by our team please allow up to 7 working days.
