Please note:
We’re unable to cover return shipping costs.

For UK returns, a £2.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping is non refundable

RETURN TIME

You have 28 days from the date your order is delivered to return any items. UPDATE: Any orders made from the 21st November will have extended returns till the 16th January.
All items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Please ensure you are happy for the size and fit as worn returns will not be accepted

PLEASE NOTE:

We are unable to offer exchanges You will need to have your order refunded and then reorder as you see fit.

You’re welcome to return your full order or just part of it.
Whatever works for you.


We kindly request that you do NOT post your return using the shoe box as the outer packaging.
The shoe box must go inside another bag or box.
If the shoe box arrives damaged or used as the postage box, we may need to replace it and a £5.00 box fee will apply


WHEN YOUR RETURN ARRIVES
Once your parcel reaches our distrubution centre, please allow 7 working days for the team to inspect and process your return


IMPORTANT
If a return arrives without meeting our conditions, we wont be able to process it and it will NOT be sent back to you

 


Please note that we are currently unable to provide access to our online returns portal for the following countries:

New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Georgia, Kazakstan, Nigeria, Cote d’Ivoire, Kenya, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, UAE, Chile, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Mexico.
