What’s Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase — when bought directly through our website or official sales channels.
To qualify, you’ll need to provide a KOI order number that can be found in our system.
Covered issues include:

Faulty stitching or glue separation

Broken zips, eyelets, or hardware faults that affect wearability

Manufacturing flaws in materials or construction
What’s Not Covered
As a small team, we handle every case with care — but to keep things fair for everyone, there are a few things our warranty doesn’t cover:

General wear and tear from regular use

Items worn after a fault was noticed

Discomfort or sizing issues after wear

Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised alterations

Items purchased via resale, third-party retailers, or sample/sale events
Once shoes have been worn, we consider them accepted in terms of fit and comfort.
If they don’t feel right straight out of the box, please get in touch before wearing them outdoors.
