You have 28 days from the day you receive your items to return them to us.

Condition
We kindly ask that the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
This applies to both shoes and accessories. Please note, for hygienic reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of earrings.

Partial Returns
You are welcome to return all or part of your order—whatever suits your needs.

Packaging
To protect your shoes and their packaging, please ensure you don’t use the original shoe box as the outer packaging for shipping. If the shoe box is damaged due to being used for shipping, we may be unable to accept the return or a restocking fee may apply.
